I work alongside registered dietitians, nutritionists, and wellness providers to help clients implement the plans they've been given—through food that’s doable, flavorful, and grounded in their real life.

Whether it’s custom recipes, meal prep guidance, cooking classes, or program collaboration, I make food less overwhelming and more actionable. All services are available in English and Spanish, with deep respect for cultural foodways and collaboration every step of the way.

WHAT I OFFER

  • 1:1 Cooking Support, Meal Planning & In-Home Prep

    For clients who’ve been given a plan—but need help turning it into meals. I offer custom meal plans based on existing nutrition guidance, in-home prep, and private cooking instruction to help clients follow through in a way that works for their life.

  • Virtual Kitchen Classes

    Live, chef-led sessions for individual clients or small groups. These 2-hour classes are built around the client's existing care plan and focus on real skills like batch cooking, adapting recipes, or using a kitchen scale without stress.

  • Workshops & Events

    Engaging demos, hands-on classes, and food education talks for client groups, retreats, and programs. Each session is tailored to your goals, with topics like meal prep, flavor building, cultural foods, or food confidence after diagnosis.

  • Collaborative Program Planning

    Need culinary support for your group coaching program, retreat, or patient education? I’ll help you design recipes, prep guides, and instructional content that fits your framework—and makes it easier for clients to follow through.

  • Custom Recipe Development

    I create fully customized, tested, and professionally formatted recipes based on your client or program needs. Each recipe is weighed, structured for real kitchens, and can include macros, nutrition labels, and provider-aligned revisions.
