1:1 Cooking Support, Meal Planning & In-Home Prep

Helping clients turn nutrition plans into real meals that work for their home, culture, and everyday life.

This service is for clients who’ve already been given a nutrition plan—whether through a registered dietitian, a coach, or a medical provider—and need help making it happen in real life.

As a trained chef, I don’t prescribe meal plans or offer nutrition advice. What I do is translate existing guidance into recipes, prep strategies, and real food that fits the client’s preferences, lifestyle, and family. With consent, I collaborate directly with the client’s provider to ensure everything I create stays aligned with their goals.

What This Includes:

  • A collaborative intake session to understand the client’s plan (macro-based, calorie-targeted, allergy-focused, or structured by a care team)

  • Review of the client’s food preferences, cultural meals, daily routine, and kitchen setup

  • A fully customized weekly, biweekly, or monthly meal plan with recipes, prep notes, and optional macro info

  • Guidance on adapting existing family meals to meet individual goals

  • Clear instructions with weighed ingredients, kitchen scale guidance, and batch prep tips

  • Optional in-home prep or instructional cooking session, depending on client needs

  • Ongoing collaboration with the client’s RD, nutritionist, or coach to ensure consistency and clarity

Real-Life Example Scenarios:

  • A client is following a 1200-calorie plan and wants to keep cooking their family’s usual meals but doesn’t know how to adjust portions or ingredients. I help rework their favorites to match the structure—without needing separate meals for everyone.

  • A postpartum client working with a coach receives a biweekly plan built from Latin-inspired foods. I prep the meals in-home every other week, using ingredients they’re already familiar with.

  • A newly diagnosed client is overwhelmed by their plan and doesn’t know where to start. I teach them how to use their kitchen tools, weigh ingredients, batch prep, and create flexible meals they actually enjoy.
