PRICING

$65/hour | 3-hour minimum per session
Most sessions range from $200-250, (groceries not included).

This service is ideal for clients who want fresh, fully prepped meals made in their own kitchen. You’ll get:

  • Personalized menu planning based on your dietary needs, wellness goals, or provider guidance

  • Grocery shopping done for you (billed separately or reimbursed—your choice)

  • A detailed grocery quote before we begin so you know exactly what to expect

  • In-home meal prep and labeling for easy storage and grab-and-go convenience

  • Full kitchen cleanup—I leave your space just as spotless as I found it

This is high-touch support with zero overwhelm. You get chef-made meals, made fresh in your home, with everything handled for you start to finish.

This is a fully personalized plan built around the calorie and macronutrient guidance your coach or provider has given you. I create recipes that fit those targets—whether that means low glycemic, FODMAP-friendly, diabetic-supportive, gluten-free, or another approach.

Each plan includes:

  • Full week of meals - breakfast, lunch ,dinner & snacks - to meet your macronutrient and calorie needs

  • Recipes with weighed ingredient amounts

  • Macro breakdowns for each recipe and day

  • Easy prep notes

  • A flexible weekly structure you can actually stick to

This is a planning-only service—perfect if you like to cook your own meals or want to prep together.


WHAT YOU GET IN A 3-4 HOUR SESSION

$65/hour - 3 hour base minimum

For Individuals:

  • 10 to 12 individually portioned meals

  • 2 to 3 proteins, 2 starches, 2 or more vegetables, plus sauces or condiments

  • Labeled, stored, and ready to eat

  • Ideal for macro tracking or flexible eating

For Families:

  • 4 to 6 family-style dinners

  • Mains, sides, and extras like snacks or breakfast bakes

  • Fresh bread or simple baked goods - optional

  • Built to meet everyone's needs without cooking multiple meals
